Keeping a walking person or a moving product in frame usually means setting keyframes one by one or sending the clip to another app. Motion Tracking follows the face or object you pick through the clip and builds the framing around it, all inside Premiere Pro.
When you grab the frame, the faces in it are detected; just click the one to follow.
A product, a car, a ball: draw a box around the object and tracking starts from there.
The picture shifts and scales when needed; what you track stays in place in the frame.
Play the result or step through it. A confidence strip shows where tracking is solid and where it is weak.
Mark the right spot on one frame and re-track only what comes after or before.
Auto, where you picked, center or manual. Tracking can also run horizontally or vertically only.
With auto fill on, the picture is scaled just enough; you set the maximum zoom.
Optionally the object's rotation and size are held steady in the frame.
No. Tracking and applying both happen inside Premiere Pro, in the Sylba panel.
Yes. The Remove button takes the applied tracking off the clip.
Go to that frame in the review bar, mark the right spot and re-track what comes after or before.
