Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: the person who purchases the Pro plan with a Sylba account and owns the account's email address.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the Sylba Pro plan purchased online at sylba.app, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service

The Sylba Pro plan is the perpetual use of the Cut, Motion, Motion Tracking, Studio, SFX and Backgrounds sections of the Sylba extension for Adobe Premiere Pro, on one or three computers depending on the package purchased. The current price, as a total including VAT, is shown at checkout and in the pre-contract information.

4. Payment

Payment is taken once by credit or debit card through a licensed payment institution. Card details never reach the Seller. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

5. Delivery and performance

The agreement is formed when the payment is approved by the payment institution, and the service is performed at that moment by activating it on the Buyer's Sylba account. There is no physical delivery.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

As the service is digital content delivered immediately online, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation; the Buyer consents at checkout to the service starting immediately. A purchased Pro plan is not refundable. Incorrect or duplicate charges are returned to the card used. Details are on the Delivery and Return Policy page.

7. Use

The license is personal to the Buyer and non-transferable. If account sharing is detected, the computers linked to the account may be reset. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court where they reside.

9. Acceptance

By reading and approving the pre-contract information and this agreement at checkout, the Buyer accepts all of its terms. A copy of the agreement is sent to the Buyer's email address on request.
