Terms of Use

The service

Sylba is an extension for Adobe Premiere Pro. Captions and Graphics are free; the Pro plan unlocks additional sections with a one-time payment.

Payments and refunds

Pro plan payments are taken by credit/debit card through PayTR Payment Services Inc.; your card details never reach Sylba. It is a one-time payment with no subscription or automatic renewal.

Pricing, withdrawal and refund terms are shown in the pre-contract information at checkout and require your approval before purchase. For refund requests, email destek@sylba.app.

Limitation of liability

You are responsible for reviewing and using the captions, cuts and graphics the extension produces.

Content and trademarks

All text, templates, sounds and images in Sylba were created for the Sylba brand and may not be redistributed without permission. Sylba is an independent product; Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc.
